  • What can you demolish?
Sheds, outbuildings, concrete slabs, fences, small structures, and overgrown lots. We focus on residential and small-commercial work — the kind of jobs the big demo companies won't bid because they're too small.
  • Do you handle the debris haul-off?
Yes. We haul everything to approved dump sites and you're left with a clean site. The haul-off is included in our quote.
  • Do I need a permit?
Depends on what's being demolished and where. We'll let you know during the estimate if a permit is needed — and we can help you with the paperwork.
  • How long does a typical demo take?
A backyard shed is usually a half-day. A concrete slab or fence run might be a full day. Lot clearing depends on size — we'll give you a realistic timeline with the quote.
